Returns Policy At Linard Floral we pride ourselves on arranging beautiful fresh flowers every order. However, it is important to remember that flowers are a living product and that they will react to environmental conditions. Extreme heat, or changes in the temperature will affect our flowers, so to will care and conditioning of our product.
Care Instructions - Cut flowers
In order to continue to care for your flowers, please recut the stem on an angle and change water every second day. Please keep your flowers out of direct sunlight and draughts.
Conditions for Returns
Linard Floral handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Please call our store direct on 0741623077 to discuss any concerns or queries.
Cancellation of Orders
Cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the requested delivery date and time. We are unable to cancel any orders already made and awaiting delivery, or any special orders example wedding flowers.
We deliver our beautiful flowers in Kingaroy ourselves, same day delivery if ordered on the website by 1p.m.
We are reliant on couriers to deliver our flowers over the South Burnett Area. Please note we will contact you if delivery to a remote area is not possible. If the recipient is not at home in a remote areas we will leave the product, with a calling card and contact yourself to notify the recipient. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses or the recipient not being at home at time of delivery.
In the local CBD if not at home we will take the beautiful flowers back to the shop, after leaving a calling card and redeliver on our next delivery run.
Special Occasion Deliveries
Due to the high work load at peak periods, Valentines Day, Mothers Day and Christmas Eve, orders must be placed 24 hours before the delivery date to guarantee delivery on those dates. The only Sunday we trade is on Mothers Day.
