Can you deliver to my location?
All our DIY Kits can be posted and delivered Australia-wide. With our floral deliveries, we rely on couriers to cover the South Burnett. If you are not sure if we cover your area, please contact us on 07 4162 3077 to discuss delivery options for your location.
Can I arrange for a specific delivery date?
Yes, we can. Please contact us to confirm a specific date if the delivery is outside of the main CBD of Kingaroy, Nanango, Wondai, and Murgon, so we can confirm with our couriers.
Can my flowers be delivered at a specific time?
We try as much as possible to always cater to your needs, however, it can be challenging with the volume of orders we receive. Please contact us so we can discuss your specific request.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
We don’t deliver on public holidays or Sundays, as we enjoy family time on those days.
Can you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, we deliver to hospitals in our major towns: Kingaroy, Nananago, Wondai, and Murgon.
Do you do same-day delivery?
We can! Please place your order online for same-day delivery to select locations. For more information, please contact us on 07 4162 3077.
Kingaroy
We deliver locally in the Kingaroy CBD up until 3.00 pm.
Nanango & Yarraman
We require that you place your order by 9.30 am for same-day delivery in Nanango and Yarraman, as the courier usually delivers around midday.
Wondai, Tingoora & Murgon
For same-day delivery, please place your orders by 9.30 am.
Can I include a custom message with my order?
Yes, we can include custom messages for a loved one. Just let us know what message you would like to include with your order.
Do you do custom designs for weddings and other events?

How do I care for my fresh flowers?
Caring for your fresh flower arrangement or bouquet doesn’t have to be complicated. For easy-to-follow care instructions, please refer to our guide on how to best look after your freshly delivered flowers.
How do I care for my dried and preserved flowers?
Dried and preserved flowers are easier to take care of than fresh flower arrangements and bouquets. Please refer to our guide on how long your dried flower arrangement will last with detailed care instructions.
Can I order a hamper with alcohol if I’m under 18?
Hamper products that include alcohol can only be purchased and delivered to adults 18 years and over.
