Recently my sister and I wanted to send some flowers to a dear cousin of ours who had just sadly lost her husband. Our cousin lives in Nanango and we thought it might be of some comfort to her to receive some flowers at her home.
Upon searching online there didn’t appear to be a Florist in Nanango, however there were numerous companies that did make deliveries to Nanango. Always wanting to support a local country business where possible I chose to ring “Linard Floral” after being quite impressed with their website layout.
When I rang one afternoon, Sharon answered the phone and I was immediately taken by her friendly, warm and kind nature. With her help and advice I chose the “Flourish” arrangement, which we both thought would be suitable and nice. Early the next morning, before being sent for delivery, Sharon sent me a photo of the arrangement her and her “Girls” as she calls them (other female staff members, who I noticed she always acknowledged and thanked) had put together. I thought the flowers chosen were all beautiful, made up of many roses and other types of flowers in different shapes and sizes, a glorious mix of vibrant colours and all so magnificently arranged.
I have since spoken with with my cousin, she was so thankful and grateful for receiving the flowers. She mentioned to me how much she adored all the colours and the beautiful fragrance they gave off. I had previously sent a copy of the photo that Sharon had sent me to my sister, who also thought they were absolutely beautiful in everyway.
In closing, I personally want to thank you again Sharon for being so professional and refreshingly friendly and accommodating in all you did for me. You can and should be very proud of your own little business in your country town of Kingaroy.
I would also like to point out that I very rarely write any reviews, for me to do so it truly has to be exceptional service in everyway. You and your girls have met this criteria hands down … 5 Stars all the way. I passionately and highly recommend this wonderful Florist shop to anyone in the future needing flowers for any occasion at all, in Kingaroy or the serviced surrounding towns.
